The Beulah Community Family Life Center
Membership Information
The Beulah Community Family Life Center is a ministry of the Beulah Missionary Baptist
Church, pastored by the Rev. Jerry D. Black.
The center provides two types of membership plan for those who wish to become
members of the family life center.
Beulah Membership Plan- the Beulah membership plan is restricted to members of the
Beulah Missionary Baptist Church. In order to qualify for this plan, an individual must be
on the church roll of the Beulah Missionary Baptist Church. To view this plan,

Community Membership Plan - the Community membership plan is open to all members
the community and the general public at large. To view this plan,

Civil Servant Membership Plan - the
Civil Servant membership plan is open to those in the
following fields of employment; active military, fire
fighters, law enforcement, and educators.
