The purpose of this form is to allow members and friends of  Beulah Community Family Life Center to subscribe to the the Beulah Community Family Life Center email news alerts.

Step 3: Select "Subscribe" to be added to the subscription list or "Unsubscribe" to be removed from the distribution list.

Subscribe        Select this option to be added to the selected subscription list.

Unsubscribe     Select this option to be removed from the selected subscription list.

Important: You should receive an automatic reply email indicating that your email address has been added to the selected distribution list.  If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, it is an indication that your request was not process.  The most common cause of such problem is a mis-spelling of your email address.
